Hello,
We recently updated to the Service Desk to 4.5.1
Everything seemed to be running normally. Tickets were pausing as normal when a comment was added.
As of yesterday, when commenting on a ticket, the ticket is not becoming paused.
Please help!
We have a very simple workflow.
Ticket created > Needs Review > Comment > Waiting for Customer
> Resolve the Issue

Check the automation rule in your Jira Service Desk project. May be it is disabled?

It was erroring because the status names changed.
