Tickets Created by Email (PEC) Include just one Attachments

Hello, 

I tried to open an issue by email. Everything it's working but when I try to insert any type of attachment (pdf, txt, png ecc) is not included on Jira.


I just verified that the attachment is visible on the mailbox but is not present in jira

 

I add that the only attachment that is included is the same email with format .aml , just this.

The problem is not present when I use normal mailbox and not PEC

do the attachments appear on ticket view ? or customer portal ?
