Ticket reporting and answering to non registered JIRA users

Hi,

Our company is serving huge amount of end users (100k+). They can report a bug via email. They can also report issue via 3rd party software, which is linked with our internal JIRA account and forwarded to JIRA itself (in body of these requests is included email of issue creator).

Question is - is there any chance, how I can put their email (copy - paste from case itself) to "Reporter" field or how can I contact them to their email directly from JIRA WITHOUT need to register them? In this amount of users it is impossible.
