There are template for customer portal (Jira service desk) regarding HR and Finance topics?

We are creating our service desk portal and I'd like to know if already exist templates for HR and Finance workflow.

Hey Stefano, 

When making a new JSD project, you are only given the following templates

• IT Service Desk
• Internal Service Desk
• External Service Desk

Unfortunately, there isn't a specific template or other departments. Usually, I delete everything that comes with it and make my own requests and workflows. 

If you would like to see Atlassian add new templates, I would make a feature request. Make sure you get your team to vote for it and anyone else you may think would like this feature. That is how you will get Atlassian to see it and possibly implement it.
