Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to know if you can share with us the steps you are following and where you are seeing this message.

Are you using a REST API endpoint? Which one?

Is it happening when you do something directly in Jira? If it shows an error in the UI, can you share a screenshot with us?

Please, let us know more details about the issue so we can follow the same steps here to check what is causing this.
