Hi @36 Swati Patil

A few things you may check:

  • Review the SLA configuration for the particular Jira project or issue type. Ensure the SLA requirements align with the actual conditions for anticipated responses.
  • Jira's SLAs frequently consider business calendars, which include working hours and holidays. To ensure that SLAs are calculated properly, make sure your calendar configuration is precise.
  • If an SLA was paused or stopped at some point, it might not resume correctly when the response is made.
  • Make sure that the Jira time zone settings are correct and that all users are in the appropriate time zones.

As an alternative solution, you can try SLA Time and Report for Jira app from my team. It's highly customizable and our support team can give you a hand with any issue.

Hi @36 Swati Patil , We will need some more information to help you with this.

Can you post how the SLA has been configured ?

Best regards,

Kris
