The time to first response has been put up but it is showing up as breached even though the response

i added sla  for first response ,but still facing the same issue

Hi @Namrata S Dyaganatti ,

If you are a JSM project admin or Jira admin, open project settings --> SLA. 
Check if all conditions are met to pause/stop the SLA.

Please note: There is a active incident which has impacted multiple jira tools and this could have impacted your JSM as well.
