The "issue navigator" view gets stuck when I scroll down to the bottom of a list.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When I scroll to the bottom of a list, the filters etc. in the top header go up as well, but when I scroll back to the top of the list, the header and filters do not come back into view. I have to hard refresh to see these again.
