The projects migrated from jira server are not be able to view on jira cloud

We use Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to test migrating projects from jira server to jira cloud

However, we could not see the issues of the projects

The message is "This project isn't available" "It may have been deleted or your permissions may have changed"

Could any one help us?

Hello @yshen10

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

It's possible that your user does not have the project permissions or security levels to properly see the issues in the imported projects. Note that Site-admins can still be restricted from the permission scheme at the project level.

To confirm it, do the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the imported projects > Project settings > Permissions
  2. Add your user to the Browse project permissions. Additionally, use the Permission Helper at the top-right corner of the page to properly check if any errors are returned:

  3. Below the "permissions" menu In the left bar, click on Issue Security and check if there are any levels created and if your user is added to them.

If you are still not able to access the issues after the steps above, please provide us with a screenshot of the error returned together with the error description in the development tools of your browser.
