According to the Jira Service Management documentation, to add restrictions to a request type, the lock (🔒) icon or the More actions → Restrictions option should be visible (see: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/restricted-request-types-1453424836.html).
However, even though I have Project Admin permissions, the lock icon or the Restrictions option is not visible on the Project settings → Request types screen.
Based on the documentation, I should be able to configure this setting, but the related options do not appear in the UI.
How can I enable or access request type restrictions in this case?
Can you click on the View Settings and see if the toggle is on for Restrictions?
Regards
Hi @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ , could you share a screenshot showing how I can find the view settings?

I just realized that you've shared a Jira DC screenshot. And you've selected Jira Cloud.
Can you confirm if it's Jira DC or Cloud?

The screen you shared is not visible to me. The screen I am currently using appears as JIRA DC.
Also, how can I see whether it's a datacenter or cloud?

I don't have a Jira DC available at this time. But the docs say you only need ot be Project admin:

Can you check if you also have Agent access? You need a license to make those changes.
Check with your Jira admin for any missing permissions.
