We use Contact Form 7 and all the settings are correct. I tried sending it to a different mail and it works fine. What can be the problem here?

It sounds like your JQL in the queue is only set to show certain things.
Can you take a screenshot of your 'edit queue' screen and I'll see if I can see anything.
Click the ellipsis on the right then edit queue to get to the screen

Thanks for the screenshot. The queue is only showing 'emailed requests' - so it will not show anything coming through the portal.
