The folder has been closed on us, stop processing any more emails: nulljavax.mail.FolderClosedException: null
The connection is no longer open, messages marked as deleted will not be purged from the remote server: outlook.office365.com until the next run.

As per the details you provided, it looks like you are using Jira's general mail handler to receive requests for a Service Desk project, which is not recommended, that's why it's showing that the issue can't be created due to invalid license, since who create tickets using this option must be licensed users.
To receive requests for a Service Desk project, it's necessary to configure the mail handler directly in the project.
The configuration you made is suggested for Jira Software and Jira Core projects and not Service Desk.
