Text with strange characters

Good morning, could you tell me how to configure Jira Servidesk so that I can see the texts in readable format?

The text that was provided was most likely encoded in a different character set when it was emailed into service management. You can make adjustments but depending on who and how the information is being submitted you may occasionally end up with character encoding issues.
