Text in Emails

I have been unable to figure out where the "Testing" text is coming from Jira. The techs are not typing it in their responses, but it appears on the emails. Any idea where this text is coming from? Any insight would be helpful.

Does this happen in every single email notification coming from that support desk?

Check the project settings, then "Customer notifications". Check each notification to see if the words "Testing" is present in any?

Thank you for this information. I was able to find the "Testing" in a custom notification, previously setup by someone else, on that project. I greatly appreciate this.
