Tempo Activities Reappear After Deletion

Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with Tempo Timesheets in Jira.
For a specific issue (e.g., CSD-13767), I see activities created even though I didn’t log any time manually. When I delete these worklogs, they keep coming back automatically after refresh the page.
When I turn off Jira Suggestions in Tempo, those recurring worklogs disappear, but I actually want to keep using Jira Suggestions.
How can I delete these activities permanently?
