Team managed project with administrator role no permission to access this page.

A team managed project is created by our jira admins and I am assigned administrator to the project however I cannot access any configurations on the project.

You do not have permission to access this page.

Error code: 403

For example I want to add customer to this project at atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/TEST/customers but I get redirected to the issues right away.

This is strange. Can you try from another browser, with private mode, and from another internet router?

I tried adding other people to the project and assigned them administrator role and they too cannot access any settings. I tried private mode too but it didn't work either

@[deleted] ask your administrator if you have a valid JSM license (meaning if you have product access to Jira Service Management). If you have only a JSM or JWM license, you will not be able to do much on a JSM project.
