Take backup and end the subscription

As our project is over, we like to end the subscription. Please advice how to end the subscription.

We like to take the backup of the project. Please advice how to take the backup and view the backup.

Hello,

You can open a Jira backup. There are two xml files and attachments, avatars and logos. You can find things you are looking for in the xml files. But it is not convenient. 

You would need to have Jira either Cloud or Server.

I guess, you talk about Jira Service Desk Cloud.

You can take a backup in System -> Backup manager.

You can read on how to cancel subscription here:

You can view the backup only on another Jira Service Desk Cloud instance.

Assuming you are on Cloud here.

1. backup: Jira settings > Backup manager
2. end subscription: you have two options here:

           A) see this article - cancellations-and-refunds

           B) to keep it active with minimal cost, deactivate all of you users (agents) such that you monthly subscription is a single admin. You can verify billing under Jira setting > billing
