Any updates for 2026?
@Panicha Puengrayong I am not aware of a great way to keep a Jira user group synced with a JSM organization. Technically you could create your own integration that could run nightly and use the web services to sync everything up.
There is a feature request here that would solve the problem and I would suggest voting for it https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4867
