And I use Jira 'Groups' feature actively.
There are a lot of groups such as 'A group', 'B group' and 'C group'
I created a JSM project and had to manage the customer and especially its organization
You know, JSM's Organization and Jira's Group are separated.
But I want to synchronize JSM's organization and Jira Group.
For now, I have to manually synchronize every time a new user is assigned to Jira Group.
How do I automatically synchronize JSM's organization and Jira group?
please let me know

Additional 1:
What I want is similar with this:
If I can add 'Group' as an organization for JSM,
I'll be fine.
But it seems that it is only supported for JSM Server edition.
I want to do exactly same thing on JSM Cloud.

Additional 2:
I've found this
Is this the only way to sink Group and Organization?
I need find a better way..
Thanks for this post @백재현/DevOps - I need the same. I am currently doing all this via the REST API by getting our group name and then syncing its members with the Organization. I do this every hour. It is not ideal and would be great if Atlassian has this built in since users, groups, customers, organizations , etc are all about managing people and how they interact ... would be nice if this is married well in the product.
I am watching and upvoted this post https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4867 - you can do so to so Atlassian can push forward with this for us.
Thank you
Thanks. I upvoted. I hope JSM Cloud would support this feature like JSM Server.

Hello!
You can sync your Jira groups and organizations with the Group & Organization Sync app!
Group & Organization Sync helps you define and keep your organization's scope synchronized with Jira groups and/or individual users.
This is a brand new app developed by Almbase and it is free! Here is the documentation.
Give it a try😊 Please don't hesitate to ask if you need any help or assistance.
