Is there a way to sync an individual's Google Calendar status to JIRA Service Management?
I.E. if we have a group which is utilized for round-robin ticket assignments, and an individual is a member of that group, assigning a ticket to the group will atuo-assign to a member of it.
However if that individual is OOO, on leave or etc they will still get assigned that request. I'm hoping to construct a way to remove the user from that group during OOO periods, or a way to limit auto-assignments when the individual is not in an available status.

Thank You. This is an improvement for sure, but perhaps not a complete solution. It would be great to sync OOO Status from an external application such as Human Resources software or Google/Outlook calendars. Specifically for our use case it is BambooHR and Google.
Building natively in JIRA does fulfill the JIRA portions, but does require the individual enter their OOO in two sources, which has potential for errors.
