I want to send a survey when my incidents are solved. In case that incident is reopened I want to send a different survey, but I'm not able to. Both surveys are sent when a reopened issue. 

 Can anyone help me :( ??

What type of app are you using for the survey and how are the surveys sent.

Hi! 

I'm using Jira surveys. 

This is the context: 

I do have 2 surveys: 

1. This is supposed to be sent when an issue has been solved. 

2. I want this survey just to be sent one an issue has been reopened. 

The problem here, is that when an issue is reopened, both surveys are sent to the user.

Which Atlassian marketplace app is used in your configuration as by default Jira does not support multiple surveys.
