Hi,
I'm not receiving any emails from Atlassian/Jira, including notifications and password reset/verification emails. This has been happening for a while now.
Could you please check if my address is on Atlassian's email suppression list, and remove it if so? Happy to provide any additional information needed to diagnose this.
Thank you.
Hi @Pablo Salido,
I have great news! I reached out to our support team for help on your case, and they have confirmed that your email address was indeed on a suppression list. They have now successfully removed it.
You should start receiving Atlassian emails, including notifications and password resets, shortly. Please keep in mind that it can sometimes take a little while for the change to propagate across all systems, so if you don't see them immediately, give it a short amount of time and check again.
To prevent this from happening again:
Safe Senders: Please add no-reply@mail.atlassian.com to your "Safe Senders" or contacts list.
Stay Active: If you are on a Free plan, try to log in or interact with the site regularly, as extended inactivity can sometimes trigger these automated safety measures.
If you still aren't receiving emails after a few hours, please let me know and I'll be happy to look into it further!
Best,
Samuil
Hello @Pablo Salido
Did you checked Personal notification settings ?
Go to:
Jira → Settings → Personal Jira settings → Notification settings

Hello @Arkadiusz Wroblewski
Thanks for the suggestion. I checked Personal notification settings and everything is already enabled there. However, this doesn't seem to be the cause, since the issue also affects system emails (like the password reset email), not just project notifications.
Best,
Pablo S.
