We have a portal where we do some testing, there is one problem that i can't find a solution for.
Is there any setting to change that Customers can only see themselfs in the list when making a report. Now they get to choose names from the whole Organization in the list, and they can see other users, different customers. (see attached)

By removing customer portal access roles from "Modify reporter" permission in your project permission scheme, field "Raise this request on behalf of" can be hidden from request forms or made available only for required groups/roles.

I can see from your screenshot that you are probably not logged in as a customer but as an agent. Usually only customer users can not raise requests on behalf of other customers.
In addition you can limit who your customers can see to share requests with right here:

So @David Friedrich - This was correct, i asked our customer to send a screenshot of the list that i shown from thier end. And they can only see people within thier company so to say.
