Hello,
I've enabled Suggestions on 2 of my projects and it only appears on the one using the issue type "[System] Service Request", not on the one using "Support".
Is there any other way than changing the issue type for it to appear ?

As stated on enabling the feature;
"Use suggestions to help your team gather context quickly and act on suggested actions. Powered by Atlassian Intelligence, this feature is available for service requests and incidents only"
So no this can't be on other issue types then service requests or incidents.

Any plan/roadmap to change that in the future ?
