Is anyone getting this error when trying to use the suggested intents?

The project has atleast 100,000 tickets.

If I may ask, does the number of tickets affects it?

Number of Tickets matter only as Minimum requirement.

Does this happen to other Templates or only this one ?

No, just the IT service desk.

I reached out to suppoirt and they created a bug ticket.
