I am looking for a connector with SugarCrM and JIRA ITSM Management.

As somebody somewhere ever seen that ?

Hi @Stéphane Pin I did a quick google search and found this from sugarcrm.com : jira-integration-for-sugar 

and this from fayedigital: sugar-jira-integration/ 

Not sure if that's what you're looking for, but that would at least get you a point of contact to see if it would meet your needs. They should be able to tell you if their software works differently with JSM.

Welcome to the community. I haven't came across a specific connector with JSM. Most of the connectors are between Sugar and Jira.

Also, there's not a whole lot of connectors for Sugar. Here's the only one on the Atlassian marketplace that's marketed specifically for Sugar.
