Subtracting one fild from another

Hello!

I have a team, which is involved in creating tasks. They can take task from different places, one of them is Zabbix.

I have a field (time of issue), which contains of date and time and it is filled when task created. It shows when the problem is actually appeared. 

And, maybe, i somewhere, i have a field, which contains time and date of actual task creation. Lets call it time of task

As you can see, time of task should always be larger then time of issue.

I want to subtract time of task from time of issue and get some result, which then, i can to study. Thereby, i will know the time difference between of appearance of a problem and reaction on it.

I guess it is somewhere in SLA's, but i cant subtract there.

So you need calculated fields, these 2 plugins can make that happen.

correct it cannot be done OOTB.
