I am currently investigating ways to post Filter Results to a MS Teams channel on a regular basis (e.g. Forward Schedule of Changes once per week). I have looked at a few options, but none seem to be suitable:
- Setup Filter Subscription - This seems to be limited to sending to Jira groups, and it doesn't seem possible to create a user based on a Teams Channel email address.
- Use an MS Teams Workflow within an Automation - Although this would allow us to post to a Teams Channel, it seems this is only suitable for posting specific issues to a Teams Channel, rather than a Filter Results.
- Adding a Filter as a tab within the Channel - Although this would allow the Filter to be viewed within MS Teams, it doesn't seem to allow a regular notification.
I may be missing options, or be misunderstanding what is possible with the above options.
Is anyone able to assist/provide a solution for this scenario?
