Stop email notification upon customer invite from JSD during issues import

Hi Team,

 

I need your help on to stop sending email notifications when customers created during Issues import in Jira Service Desk (Cloud).

I have disabled user invite notification at project level and it still send invite email to customers upon issue import and customer (Reporter for issues) creation during import.

Your help is greatly appreciated!
