Status verbiage

How can I view what verbiage/wording the customer sees within the service center portal when a status is updated internally?

Hi @jlee ,

Normally when you go the "Project Settings -> Request Types" you should see a list of all the defined Request Types.

When you open one, you can see a tab called Workflow statusses.

There you can "translate" your internal statuses in to what the customer can see.
