I am very confuse while reading so many workaround for this issue.
Issue:-
My issues are "Resolved" but resolution is coming as "Unresolved" due to which all Resolved issues also display in my OPEN queue.
Please suggest the solution of it.

I experienced a similar issue that some resolved issues did not have any resolution set so they showed up in unresolved queue. I changed issues - issue attributes - resolutions and set "Done" as a default resolution so starting from now, the issues will always have resolution set. Is it possible that you have a default resolution set as something else or nothing at all?

First you need to understand why your resolution is not set when you move to the Resolved status. Have a look at the transition to the Resolved status and there must be a screen with the resolution field or you must add the Update Issue Field post function to set the Resolution field automatically.
If you want to set the Resolution field for the old data, create a transition in the workflow which will set the Resolution field by the Update Issue Field post function and execute bulk edit. You can read more about bulk edit here:
