Start/Set-up Guide for JIRA Classic Service Desk

So we already have a cloud account but where/how do I start setting it up? Is there a step by step guide like:

1. Create/Invite the users and set permissions

2. Create the portal

3. Customize the workflows

4. Setup the rules

5. etc.
