I want to get a perspective on below , what will change and how it will affect us as an organization, do we have to upgrade everyone or it will be automatically upgraded ?
As an admin, I am getting following note :

Upgrading a plan will automatically add premium features in JSM. No action need to perform on user side. User automatically starts seeing the premium features.
Thank you @Vikrant Yadav for the resources and very helpful answer, Do you happen to know if on the due date if it will auto update for whole team in JIRA Service Management or manually have to upgrade it, how do i check the settings for that ?

@Hima Panchal Are you looking to update a Due Date field in JSM or JSM premium licensing due date?
If you are looking to update Due Date field, you can update via Bulk change or you can update it manually or via automation also you can also update Due Date based on some logic.
