Like a bug in de mailtool?
Hello Rien,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
If notifications are marked as spam it will depend on their configuration most of the time, there's not much we can do on our side to prevent this.
I found some cases related to SPF records, but they were using a custom email address as the outgoing email, can you please let us know if the notifications are going with the default Jira email or a custom one?
Is it happening to all customers or only customers from a specific domain?
As a test, they can check with their network administrator to whitelist our domains and IPs:
Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Regards,
Angélica
