I have the slack integration for jira service desk set up in one of support slack channels. When I leave the filtering blank, all tickets created show up in our slack channel. However, when I try to specify only certain priority tickets to flow through to slack, none of the created tickets show up in our slack channel upon creation anymore. Is there a trick to getting the additional filtering options to work within /jira manage?
Hey @Rachel Sisco , welcome to the Community!
Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the filtering you're trying to add to the subscription that seems to be not working?
I'm happy to provide some guidance! We've got some documentation for the integration here but I think it would be most helpful to see the filters that aren't giving you notifications to try and tune them.

I'm experiencing the same thing, none of the filters in the /jira manage page work, all issues are posted in the channel, even if the filter is super restrictive and if the application is muted.
To be honest, I'm really only interested in the Add to Jira or Create Jira options on a message, not spamming the channel for ticket updates.
Thanks

Hi @Julien Marchand ,
I'd suggest checking to see if there was a second subscription enabled. This happens more often than you'd think, and adjustments to a filter won't have an effect if there's another non-filtered subscription on the same project.
Here's an example showing a project with multiple configurations from a /jira manage command in a Slack channel:
I'd try to combine the subscriptions down to just one for the project if you're having trouble tuning the filter.
Happy to help provide more specific guidance if you have a screenshot of a configuration you need tuned!
Cheers,

Nope, only one subscription for the project.
Actually, I've had the chance to discuss with a product owner and what I'm trying to get rid of is notifications when creating new issues. I run a ~350 prople channel and I'd love to be able to use the "Create Jira from message" function without the integration posting a message in the channel and sending a message to thse 350 poeple, potentially disrupting the ongoing conversation.
It seems that filtering doesn't have any effect on these notifications.
