I was wondering if it is possible to "skip" the request type on the portal page since the service desk only has one option anyway (for "ease of use" for the clients).

Basically we'd like to skip the selection page on the portal and go straight to being able to raise a ticket if that is possible?

@Adam Weise ST00504 - You can send people links to request forms, or embed these on your help pages. Navigate to your desired request type, then copy the URL and share that.

Hope this helps!

Hi, is there any other way? I just want to use the Jira portal, and I don't want to recreate it or send customers separate links. Is it that difficult to include an option when there's only one item available to spike the step?

@Amon van Mechelen - 👋 hmm, can you elaborate?
