Hello,
I have a customer platform (site) like xxx.domain.com and also have a service desk project yyy.domain.com/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/7
What I want:
- If the user signed in the customer platform (site), from this platform he/she can go to the linked service desk project without login again.
- My xxx.domain.com has a customer database and in this database, the customers have an organization, phone numbers etc... I want to use this information on the service desk when managing user.
Is it possible to implement these scenarios on Jira Service Desk Server?
