I have an issue with the email notifications. Up until 27-2-23 I recevied notifications the normal way.
Since then it has been quiet. We checked our incoming mail and while all other users of Jira get updates, there have been no emails from Jira to our mailserver for my email address any more.
In my settings, I have all notifications turned on (mention, new tickets, etc.).
Since we now use the cloud version, there is little for me to test or check, so where do I start checking, or do I need a Jira technician to check if my email is blocked?

Following an Office 365 outage, your email domain may be on the "black list" at Atlassian as a result.
Please submit a support request with them directly asking them to check your email domain and have it released again to re-enable notifications.
Thank you for the reply and pointing me in the direction. Me being totally oblivious, where do I submit that support ticket?
