Show referenced Insight object in Jira issue
Hello
We have Insight objects for our customers where we reference different types of other Insight-objects.
And we have one special field: Services, where we choose within a dropdown linked to the service-objects, which IT- services this customer pays.
Now we want to display this services in each Jira issue.
But only the chosen services for each customer.
I tried to create a custom field for Insight objects.
But either the placeholder is not allowed or the result is empty.
Does anyone have an idea how to create this custom field?
