Hi,
I have Jira 8.4.1 and Confluence 7.4. When replying to a jira ticket there are suggested articles that, if you click on one, will show a pop-up of the confluence help article. There is an option to share the article as a comment. If I do this, the share shows up like this:
[Auto Testing|/servicedesk/customer/kb/view/4620310?applicationId=6fb94207-2009-3cfa-804e-8a09834c019c&spaceKey=KB&title=Auto+Testing&requestKey=DESK-28870&portalId=1]
But that is not a usable link and not useful to the user. Is this common and how would I fix it please?
