Shared dashboards with Reporters (that are not Agents!)

Hello,

I created a dashboard and set it to:  Shared with logged-in users (VIEW) but unfortunately it doesn't seem do work.

I need to be able to give permissions to see dashboards to the Reporters that are not Agents.

Is there any other permission i need to modify?

You would need to grant those users Browse Projects permission which would go against JSM's default security.  This would grant users access to all issues regardless of whether they're reporter.  So, unless you're ok with exposing all issues to all of your "customers" this is not a good approach.

If you want to maintain the default security, there are marketplace apps that provide portal dashboard capability.
