Setup incoming email server - Login.microsoftonline.com

Hi there,

I hope someone can provide me a hint how to solve this Problem. I am able to log in the  mail account via login.microsoftonline.com, but via Jira it complains Java.net.UnknownHostException.

In the meantime, I got feedback from Jira Support that Jira <-> exchange need to be setup in the FW in order Jira can connect to exchange.

Hi Brant,
just for your information. After we put the Jira server in the DMZ and set up the FW accordingly, the incoming mail works fine.
