We created a new jira service management project and need help with setting up workflow configurations and transitions. I am not quite sure what do to do and need some help with this. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

What sort of guidance do you need?
Have you reviewed the documentation for how to configure workflows? Do you understand that process?
Are you needing advice on how to configure the workflows to match your business process?
Are you trying to integrate with other applications (Atlassian or non-Atlassian) as part of the workflow?
I am new to all of this and I don't under the process at all. I got the project created, and the request types all setup. Just need to setup these work flows. like for example when you try to make a new ticket for issue type a it starts out as open and needs transitions to In Progress & Escalated. If that makes sense? Or is it the other way around?
