Hi everyone!
About setting up email in JIRA DESK. We do not want to open calls by email, we want to enable only the inclusion of comments in calls already open. In the training we did, we were told that for this to happen, simply create an email that is not disclosed to users. Until then, okay, but I was seeing it and JIRA will use this address to send the notifications, right? If this happens, users will be aware of the email address. How do we "mask" this?

Notifications do not come from the inbound email address. If the user replies to the create notification it should go as comment. Have you as yet tested this? If you are seeing something different please provide the details so I or other can assist further.
