We're going down the path of setting up Services in our JSM project. I'm trying to find a start to finish document of the recommended way to set this up from start to finish - starting with creating services, setting up the service owner 'team', configuring the schedules for the team, alerting etc.
I can't find any start to finish document in Atlassian at all.
I have questions such as 'what should I call the Service Owner team because it's not a person. It is actually a 'role' or a group of people. What happens when our service owner is a person - but it's asking me to create a Team for that 'Service Owner' field.
What is the best way to create the services? How do I create Teams/Groups for these services. You have to be a member of a Team to be able to administer it - but as a Jira Admin, I don't want to be a member of every team that I have to create for the 'Service Owner' field of all our services.

Hi Kelly. You are about a year ahead of where we are. I'm starting the path of populating our Services and I'm curious if you found a guide that helped you populate your services?
