Hi there,
I'm currently trying to create an automation rule, that gets triggered via a webhook.
The webhook data is then parsed and provides the needed information to create an issue via the create issue automation. My problem is, that I'm not able to update a custom multi user picker field. Is there a valid smart value syntax to do this, or do I need to set it via the advanced option?
Kind regards,
Kai

Here is another similar question asked in the community previously - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/Automation-for-Jira-JSON-Update-People-Custom-Field/qaq-p/1333151
Hope this gives some ideas.

Hi @Joseph Chung Yin ,
thanks for your answer. Not quite what I was looking for, as I'm not using cloud, but the json structure seems to be the same.
I hoped that it would be enough to use smart values, but advanced field editing is also ok.
Kind regards,
Kai
