Set reporter from custom field

I am trying to do what is in this Answer to the same question https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Set-Reporter-from-a-custom-field/qaq-p/1008485 but the screen to create the automation does not give me the same options as what is in this answer.

My org creates issues from through a service like Zapier which gets all the info for the issue from a forms service.  

I want the person filling out the form to be the Reporter.  That person is already included in the list of portal customers.  I populate two custom fields with that person's name and email.

When I select Edit issue, Reporter is not included in the list of fields.  

Is it because I am on a Cloud instance?

Richard, welcome to the Community. The other thread is referencing the addon Automation for Jira not the native Automation.

Thanks.  I guess there is no way to do want I want without the add-on because I have searched through so many other threads.  I will check that add-on out.

Installed the Automation app but that example thread is not very clear.  maybe because after the GDPR changes we have to use an id versus a name.  In the off chance you know this, how can we get the id of a customer based on the email of the customer?
