Set general account permissions on the Jira Service Management portal

I created a portal through Jira Service Management.

I have one problem, I want to set up an issue (ticket) using my portal even if I don't have a Jira account, so how do I set it up?

Summary: I want to make it available to ordinary users who don't have a Jira gauge on the portal I created.

@조강표 -

Welcome to the community.  In JSM cloud, customers (users) will need an account registerd (typically will an Atlassian account) to access the portal.  However, customer access is free and doesn't require a Jira account.

Hope this helps.

How do I change the settings for users who do not have an Atlasian account to access the portal?

I would like to make the portal available to users who do not have an Atlasian account.

Please explain more about customer access in detail.

Portal-only customers
These are typically people who seek help relating to the use of your company’s products or services. They can:
have portal-only accounts
access the help center (portals) on your site
send requests from portals or via email
view knowledge base articles in the portals
not access Atlassian products (no product licenses consumed).

Where can I set up Portal-only customers?
