So when someone create an item, is always necessary to chance the option customer and set then as whatever their e-mail is set as an organization.
So that wasn't needed anymore I created a rule that automatically does that for me, but I'm not an expert on creating rules and I created 50 rules for the 50 companies that we have in.
But my question is: can I make that 50 rules become just 1 and still do what I need then to?
(some words might come wrong because it was translated from Portuguese)
If it helps this is the rule
Hi,
I'm sorry I don't have an immediate answer to your question, but I could look into it once I've got some free time on my hands...
However, I'm wondering why is it that I don't have that 'Edit item fields' option in my automation action list? Did you always have it by default or did you install something third-party?
@Urmat A. well as I said mine was translated form to Portuguese so it might have some lost words or different names. But I always had this option in my automations, it does what it say's I don't know if it's a different name or if you just really don't have it.
Anyway, if you could help me some time in the future I would be very grateful.

Hi @Urmat A. just answering you about it, I just discovered that it is not needed anymore to combine this rules into just one, just discovered that it doesn't count for the monthly quota of rules that can be used, Thank you anyway.

@Urmat A. about the automation I used I think that the name you see is more like this one (they're the same just translated different).
