Set Due Date in Email Service Requests

When a ticket is generated in response to an email, I want to set due date fields with values like 2d, i.e. due date is after 2 days from today.

How can I achieve that?

you will need an addon for this, e.g. Scriptrunner, Power Scripts, Automation for Jira, etc.

Thanks! Looks there is no native option available and I need to go automation route.
